Nice and dry today, well at least its not raining anyway! Its going to take a few days for the mountain bike trails to dry up but lets hope the worst of the weather is gone for the moment...

Taking that first jump is as much of a mental hurdle as it is physical. If you start off slowly, get comfortable with the motion then building up the height and distance is easy.
