The Family Forest Fun Day was held in Tibradden Forest in the Dublin Mountains on the 18th of September 2011. With a near constant stream of riders around a short technical course, the future looks good for mountain biking in Ireland as kids as young as five proved to be up to the task of riding see saws, limbo poles, a short technical rooty descent and a steep climb at the recent Family Forest Fun day. University of Limerick Mountain Bike Team
The lunatics from UL mountain bike team came up to Wicklow for some mountain bike training and guided tours this weekend. We spent the whole of Saturday riding some really technical trials like this one. After some pointers and practice everyone nailed what must be the toughest line in Djouce.
